Welcome to thesuperweekender.com (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions are set forth by THE SUPER WEEKENDER LIMITED (referred to as "we", "us", or "our" in these terms). By accessing or using our Site and participating in the Super Weekender Dance Convention (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using thesuperweekender.com, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and purchasing tickets for the Event.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

• Tickets for the Super Weekender Dance Convention are sold through Ticket Tailor (tickettailor.com). By purchasing tickets, you are also agreeing to Ticket Tailor's terms and conditions.

• All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by UK consumer law. In the event of a legally mandated refund, the process will be communicated to the affected ticket holders.

4. Participation at Own Risk

• Participation in any dance classes, workshops, or activities at the Event is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that participants may incur during the Event.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical health and capable of engaging in the activities offered.

5. Liability

• Thesuperweekender.com, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

• This liability waiver extends to all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to dance classes, workshops, and social events.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

• Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards all attendees, staff, and property at the Event.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

• The Event schedule, including workshops, classes, and instructors, is subject to change without prior notice.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Event, information regarding any potential refunds or rescheduling will be communicated to ticket holders.

7.5 Changes to Schedule & Performances

• The Super Weekender Limited prides themselves in selecting incredible faculty for our events. Due to the high demand of some choreographers, their busy schedule may sometimes interfere with The Super Weekender at the last minute. If a faculty member chooses to cancel their position at The Super Weekender due to unforeseen circumstances, The Super Weekender cannot be held liable or responsible for these decisions. If any changes to the faculty are made, the team at The Super Weekender will strive to rectify the change and provide a replacement deemed fit. No monies will be refunded if a participant wishes to now not attend due to a choreographer cancellation.

• In the unlikely event that a Super Weekender event must be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as choreographer cancellation, or under minimum number bookings, The Super Weekender reserves the right to make changes up to four (4) weeks prior to the event starting date - whether that be cancellation or moving of event date.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on thesuperweekender.com is the property of the website or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

• Unauthorized use of any content from the website, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
